Work With Me: Therapy for ADHD, Autism & Neurodivergence

It’s time to work with a therapist who truly gets neurodivergence, and does things differently…

You’re spinning all the plates - trying to keep up with work, relationships, self-care, and the endless to-dos - but deep down, you feel like you’re constantly falling behind your own life. The overwhelm is relentless.

You’ve tried to push through, telling yourself you just need to be stronger, more organised, more disciplined… but it’s only left you drained, disconnected, and stuck in cycles that don’t serve you. Binge eating, avoidance, exhaustion, and that nagging voice in your head telling you you should have it together by now…sound familiar?

You’re not alone.

Imagine waking up calm and in control - something you haven’t felt in years (or maybe ever).

Your days feel manageable, your routines sustainable - not perfect, but yours. You’re connected to yourself in a way that feels authentic and freeing, not full of guilt or shame.

You know what you want and feel confident saying no to what drains you. You’ve built practical (and do-able) habits that support the way you do things and your life, and every little step forward feels like a quiet victory.

This isn’t about “fixing” you or forcing you into someone else’s idea of success. It’s about growing into your fullest potential with kindness, patience, and real understanding. You’ll feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way.

Step 1: Turning off the tap

To what’s fuelling burnout, disconnection, or shame.

  • Large light blue number 2 on a black background.

Step 2: Pulling up the weeds

That no longer serve you (and knowing they might try to return)

  • A large, light blue number 3 on a black background.

    Step 3: Planting new seeds

Habits, beliefs, and ways of being that feel safe, supportive, and actually sustainable

  • Large light blue number 4 centered on black background.

Step 4: Learn how to tend to your garden

Through all seasons of life - not just when things are calm, but when it gets messy too.

“It was really important to me to work with someone who has firsthand experience being neurodivergent and the challenges that presents. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and feel like I always get something out of it…”

✓ You’re desperate to reclaim calm, confidence, and a genuine sense of connection with who you really are.

✓ You’ve been late-diagnosed with ADHD or autism and feel unsure where to start - or what comes next.

✓ You suspect you might have ADHD, autism, or another form of neurodivergence and want support in exploring this, including navigating the diagnosis process

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. Whether you’re diagnosed, self-identified, or simply feel like your brain works a little differently - you’re welcome here. We’ll work with whatever you’re bringing into the space.

  • I work with clients for a minimum of three sessions to allow space for real change to begin. Many clients choose to work with me longer - often 6–10 sessions - depending on their goals and needs. We’ll decide what feels right, together.

  • Most of my appointments are held via telehealth, which allows for flexibility and accessibility - especially if you’re juggling a lot. However, if you're local to Mordialloc, Victoria, and feel that in-person sessions would better suit your needs, we can chat about arranging that on a case-by-case basis.

  • While I specialise in supporting neurodivergent individuals (including ADHD, autism, and dyslexia), I also work with neurotypical clients. If you resonate with my approach and values, you're absolutely welcome here.

  • Yes. Your sessions are completely confidential unless there’s a legal or safety obligation to disclose information - I’ll explain this clearly in your first session so you feel informed and supported.

  • Neurodivergence is a term that describes the natural variations in how people think, process, feel, and experience the world. It includes conditions like ADHD, Autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia and others - but it’s not just a diagnosis. It’s about recognising that there isn’t one “right” way for a brain to work. Neurodivergent people often face challenges not because of how their brain works, but because the world isn’t built to support it. My work is about helping you understand and work with your brain, not against it.

  • No referral needed! You're welcome to reach out directly. However, if you have a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP, you’ll be eligible for a Medicare rebate of $96 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. If you have private health insurance with psychology extras, you may also be entitled to a rebate - check with your provider for details.

  • Yes - I work with self-managed NDIS participants. If you're self-managing your plan and looking for psychological support, feel free to get in touch.

  • The first session is a chance to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your goals and what has brought, I won’t ask you a generic list of background questions as these will organically come up as we explore.  You’re welcome to go at your own pace - there’s no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. If you need extra guidance, I can provide that too.

  • That depends on your goals. Some people come for a few sessions to focus on something specific. Others stay longer to explore deeper patterns or ongoing support. We’ll work together to decide what feels right for you. Some come and go as needed with large gaps of time in between.

  • Most people start with fortnightly sessions, to get the ball rolling.  We can adjust the frequency based on your needs and availability.

  • That’s completely okay. I offer a space to explore that question without pressure. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. Therapy can also be whatever you need it to be and that may change over time. if it’s just a space to vent or a place to create accountability. Some days you may just need a body double or help writing a resume or difficult email to a boss.
