PREVIOUSLY EVERBLOOM PSYCHOLOGY
About Angella - Psychologist, mother & late-diagnosed ADHDer.
If you’ve ever looked around and wondered why “doing life” seems easier for everyone else - I see you. I’ve been there too. And the reality is, it is easier for some! I know what it’s like to be high-achieving on the outside, but inside constantly overwhelmed, exhausted, and quietly asking: “Why can’t I just get it together?”
Through both personal experience and years of working in the community, I’ve seen how burnout, disconnection, and masking become the norm for neurodivergent people. I also know it doesn’t have to stay that way.
Clients have told me I “normalise the mess” - because I truly get it. My approach blends practical strategies with deep compassion, creating a safe space where you can finally breathe, explore, and learn to work with yourself instead of against yourself.
Together, we’ll unpack the deep stuff and the everyday struggles, unlearn old patterns, and build something sustainable - something that actually works for you, not an imaginary version of who you think you “should” be. This is a space where you can feel seen, accepted, and supported in a way you’ve likely never experienced before.
I'm here to support you
I don’t offer quick fixes - I offer real, neurodivergent-affirming therapy tailored to how you work.
No cookie-cutter plans. No shame. Just real, evidence-based support that helps you reconnect with yourself, feel more in control of your life, and finally exhale.
Whether you're navigating late diagnosis, burnout, parenting, routines that never stick, or just feeling like you’re drowning in invisible expectations - I’m here for you.
Let’s work together to build a life that works with your brain, not against it.
