Helping brilliant, burnt-out neurodivergent minds escape the cycle of overwhelm - and finally build a life that fits how they work.

Hey, I’m Angella — psychologist for neurodivergent individuals who are smart, capable, and completely burnt out from trying to hold it all together.

You’re holding it all together - just about. Parenting, life admin, work, relationships, … it never stops. On the outside, you’re functioning. But inside? You’re running on fumes.

It feels like you’re constantly chasing your own life.
Never quite catching up. Never quite getting it right.
And then the shame kicks in - “Why does everyone else seem to manage? What’s wrong with me?”

You’ve tried it all. The books, the therapy, maybe even medication. You’ve dabbled in routines, productivity hacks, morning rituals. But nothing really sticks, does it?

Here’s the truth:
You’re not lazy.
You’re not failing.
You’re not broken.
Your brain just works differently.

Neurodivergent minds weren’t built for the one-size-fits-all way of doing life - no wonder you’re burnt out trying to keep up with it.

This isn’t about forcing yourself into another system that doesn’t fit. It’s about finding a rhythm that actually works for your brain — without the guilt, without the shame, without the pressure to “just try harder.”

That’s where I come in.
I offer support that meets you where you are. We’ll build practical, sustainable rituals that feel doable — even on your hardest days.

Together, we’ll quiet the chaos, bring back clarity, and create a life that finally feels like yours.

Because you don’t need to “get your sh*t together.” You just need a way of doing life that makes sense for you.

  • “Angella is down-to-earth and fun, while still not letting me get away with anything! It was really important to me to work with someone who has firsthand experience being neurodivergent and the challenges that presents. I genuinely look forward to our sessions and feel like I always get something out of it, even if I went into the session with nothing in particular on my mind!”

  • "I’m not sure I've ever felt at peace. It's overwhelming and amazing and intense, and not going to lie, I just bawled my eyes out. But in a super releasing, accepting kind of way. I want to thank Angella for her part in this breakthrough. I don't think I ever believed I could get to this place. She’s a dead set legend. Looking forward to maintaining this with your guidance."

Hey, I’m Angella Alexandrou - therapist, mother, and late-diagnosed ADHDer.

I’ve lived the overwhelm, exhaustion, and chaos that comes with a brain that doesn’t quite fit the usual mold and an environment that doesn’t get it. As a late-diagnosed neurodivergent woman and single mum navigating life after divorce, I know exactly how isolating and frustrating it can feel.

I’ve been through the mess - the highs, the lows, medicated and unmedicated—and found a way to build solid ground. Now, every day, I work with people just like you, helping to normalise the struggle and show there’s a better path: one that’s not about pushing harder, but about understanding yourself and shaping a life that actually fits.

I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk alongside you, with real support that makes sense. If you’re ready to stop fighting your brain and start living on your terms, you’re in the right place.
